The Ruijie RG-CS88-08 is a 10 RU cloud-managed modular core switch built for data centre, metropolitan area network (MAN), campus and combined data centre and campus deployments. With 6 x line card slots, it offers high-density 1G/10G/40G/100G connectivity in a compact chassis that saves valuable cabinet space. The RG-CS88-08 (SKU: RG-CS88-08) is supplied as a chassis, so you can choose the supervisor modules, line cards and power modules that match your network.
Only one line card is needed to meet requirements at the core of a small or medium-sized network, or at the aggregation layer of a medium-sized network. As demand grows, you can add line cards for up to 288 x 10GE ports, or introduce 40GE and 100GE ports for high-speed uplinks.
